So I arrived at my cottage to discover a big tree had fallen and ripped out the hydro line. And bent my service mast like a pretzel.
Scary stuff, right?
But I was very fortunate to get Tanner from Ultra on the case.
He shows up fast. Explain what needs doing. Does it. Also fast. Coordinates with Hydro One to get me inspected, approved and back on line. Returns all my calls promptly. Is pleasant and patient to deal with. Then sends me a very fair invoice.
If there’s anything more you could ask for in an electrician, I can’t imagine what it would be.

Ultra Electric is so true to their mission statement/ motto of “Honesty, Integrity, Initiative” and have demonstrated it to us on several occasions in the last 12 months. Our latest proof was the complicated installation (including co-ordinating various ancillary trades) of our Generac. It all went “tickety-boo” with Tanner and Will and their team at the helm. A ceiling fan we thought would need replacing only required a quick tweak, what could have been an expensive installation of a dimmer was facilitated to be much less so and the initiative shown in diagnosing a water pump vs electrical issue was most admirable. Thank you, Ultra… you ARE the BEST! We are so thankful to deal with you —gentlemen all!
